Orders & pricing

• All prices are listed in USD currency and exclude taxes/duties unless stated.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors at any time, even after an order is placed. If a correction affects your order, we'll contact you before charging or shipping.
• We may limit or refuse any order, including for suspected fraud, reseller abuse, or unusual order patterns.

Shipping

Estimated delivery times are shown on our Shipping Policy page. As we work with global fulfillment partners, these are estimates, not guarantees — delays from customs, weather, or carrier issues are outside our control and not grounds for automatic refund. Returns & refunds

Governed by our Refund Policy — please review before purchasing, as return eligibility depends on item condition, timing, and category.

Product accuracy

We do our best to ensure product descriptions, images, and specs are accurate, but minor variations (color, packaging, slight design changes from a supplier) may occur and do not on their own qualify as a defect.

Account & conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the site for unlawful purposes
• Submit false information at checkout (fake name, stolen payment details, etc.)
• Abuse our refund/return policy through repeated fraudulent claims

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or ban accounts/IPs engaging in the above.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Gaudia Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of the site or products purchased — including but not limited to lost profits, missed events, or issues arising from third-party carrier delays.

Intellectual property

All site content (text, images, logos, layout) belongs to Gaudia Co. or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or repurpose our content without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of The United States of America.
